Thanks Chitrahaas for your response.
The windows appears then disappeared and so quick that I don't have gamble to select Yes/No! Then I can't open/admission Word at all.
I've removed/re-installed Part 365 but take not tried Uninstall tool (SARA). Please provide instructions.

Howdy Chitrahaas,
As I've mentioned, I'm unable to open/access Word and then I tin can't open in safe mode to bank check the event.
I've tried Online Repair and for uninstall, I've non tried Uninstall tool (SARA) to completely uninstall. Delight provide instructions on Uninstall tool.
I tin't practise screen shot of the Office applications Account page but I could allow you know a few things:
Subscription Product: Microsoft 365 ProPlus
Version 2003 (Build 12624.20520 Click-to-Run)

This link (below) tells you how to kickoff an Office program in Safe Mode. It sounds like something happened where autoSafeMode was triggered but it is still failing. Are you using any third-political party add-ins? If you lot can't start in safe mode past property ctrl+doubleclicking, then endeavor
- uninstall Office, reboot
- download CCleaner and install. We want it for the registry tool. Check all the boxes and tell information technology find bug. Save a copy of the registry keys when it prompts you lot then tell it to repair all. Restart.
- Now reinstall Office 365. Restart.
- Try opening a Discussion docx. If it withal fails please reply and nosotros can try something else.

Editing this post to say I didn't know nigh SARA so you might effort that before using CCleaner. I'one thousand merely maxim how I would do it if it were my machine. I come across Stephan Blom has answered. He is a genius and I'd follow whatever he has got say. Information technology'll probably fix ya.

In my case, I tin can't open up Word in safe mode. I've tried Part repair, removed and re-installed Office and all the same non working.
